Shipping policy

1. Shipping rates & costs

We publish our shipping costs on the checkout page and charge varying flat rates dependent on average product shipping costs.  

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

Unless otherwise noted on the product, we are not currently experiencing any shipping delays.  Orders placed are produced in shipped within 3-5 business days and can be expected within 14 days, but usually sooner.  We have noticed some issues with USPS shipping, but you will be provided tracking details when your order ships.

3. Shipping restrictions

We currently only ship within the US.

4. Missing or lost packages

If you've noticed that your package is missing, please let us know.  While we try to keep track of our deliveries until they reach your hands, this is not always possible due to volume.  We will make every effort to resolve the situation by reshipping your order or contacting the delivery company to resolve the issue.
